Shipping Policy

 

Our goal is to deliver your Lainevor purchases to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping process and policies below.

 

Order Processing

 

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email, including a tracking number, once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 4-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to high-volume periods, severe weather, or carrier-related issues.

 

International Shipping

 

We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs fees, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lainevor is not responsible for these charges. The customer is solely responsible for all import duties and taxes. We recommend you check with your local customs office for more information, especially regarding regulations on cosmetics and beauty products.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check your order's status with the carrier.

 

Policy Details & Restrictions

 

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@lainevor.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

  • Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Missing, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

 

  • Damaged Packages: We take great care in packaging your order. If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at info@lainevor.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Please include your order number and a photo of the item's condition.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Lainevor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
