Return & Refund Policy

 

Our commitment is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase from Lainevor. We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


 

Return Eligibility

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. All returned items are subject to inspection.

  • Clothing & Apparel: Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition, with all tags and any sanitary liners attached and intact.

  • Cosmetics & Beauty Products: Due to hygiene and safety standards, all cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing.

  • Packaging: All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Please note that the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund:

  • All cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products (for hygiene reasons).

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased on clearance.

  • Gift cards.

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).


 

How to Initiate a Return

 

  1. Request Approval: To start a return, please contact us at info@lainevor.com. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Receive Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: We cannot accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Damages & Incorrect Items

 

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@lainevor.com right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refund Processing

 

We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@lainevor.com.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with our standard policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging) and include proof of purchase.
